Standalone Classroom - Bedfordshire

Requirement: This project was a plastisol clad, modular building to provide extra classroom space for the school. It had to be provided prior to the school holidays due to time scales and to meet a tight budget.

Our Solution: The accommodation provided a classroom, with air conditioning. A small breakout / meeting room along with an entrance lobby / cloakroom and two toilets. As part of the project we undertook, the groundworks and demolition of existing temporary structures, which allowed us to lower the building to form level approaches to the entrance door and fire escape. We also re routed the existing site fencing to maintain security.

The building itself has been designed to allow further extension or development in the near future.

Overall Size: 9m x 9m

Client: Robert Peel Primary School
